Try Shreeva without any risk. If you don't like your first Shreeva pack, we'll replace it or refund it. No need to send it back.
How it works
- WhatsApp us on +91 82609 39715 or email support@shreevanaturals.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and a photo of the opened pack, and tell us what you didn't like.
- Choose a free replacement or a refund for that pack. Refunds go back to your original payment method (or by UPI for Cash on Delivery orders).
The fine print
- Valid on your first order with us, once per customer and address.
- Covers one pack of each product in that order (for example, one ragi and one jaggery pouch).
- Damaged or wrong items are always replaced, on any order, as per our Refund Policy.
We make one-ingredient food we're proud of. If it doesn't work for your kitchen, we want to know.
